Delete your Maskani account

Maskani is run by Liberty Gulf, in the Kingdom of Bahrain. You can delete your account yourself, in the Maskani app on iPhone or Android or on maskaniapp.com:

• Sign in to Maskani.
• Open Profile.
• Choose Delete account, and confirm.

Your account is deleted at once, and you can no longer sign in.

• Your sign-ins: your email address, your phone number, your password and any Google or Microsoft account you connected
• The details of your profile: your picture, nationality, date of birth, gender, occupation and employer
• The documents you added to your profile yourself

Copies in our backups are removed within 30 days.

• Your name, on the records your landlords and your team keep of their leases, charges, payments and messages, because a lease and its payments must be kept by law
• A document a landlord filed about you, which is that landlord's record
• The answers you gave to a questionnaire, which stay with whoever asked

Nobody can sign in to your account again.

Email support@libertygulf.com from the email address of your account, or tell us its phone number, and ask us to delete it. We will confirm that the account is yours and delete it within 30 days.
